The Zev

The Zev proposes to bring modernity in both style and activity to the Corvallis community. The pedestrian-scale design of the retail at the ground level will activate the street and tie into the surrounding neighborhood. At the second level, the courtyards break up the massing into three distinct sections, creating a less imposing silhouette and incorporating plantings that bring greenery and life to the shared spaces. At the top floor, the vast variety of both indoor and outdoor amenity spaces provide views of Corvallis not possible anywhere else. The exterior design fits into the current landscape of Corvallis, while adding a contemporary touch.
