The Ellis

The Ellis is taking downtown Eugene to new heights. With a prime location directly across from the University of Oregon campus, this new 12-story building is one we're excited to see come to life. The Ellis embraces a modern, upscale concept with its sleek all glass facade, allowing the residents to enjoy the outdoors from every interior space. The building's upper floors sit in a U-shape to maximize light and views into a central courtyard. 

This project offers retail/restaurant spaces at the ground level, 260 apartment units above, and generously unique community amenities including a resident lounge and outdoor courtyard, theater, fitness center, study lounge, 2-story indoor basketball court, and a rooftop pool with BBQ areas.
