Leitcher House

In 2020, Arris was a proud winner of the AIA Central Coast Citation Award for the Leitcher House. Arris restored the building’s old charm in a new context without losing the structure’s original integrity. This historical renovation included the removal of several non-historical additions and the restoration of the wrap-around porch. 

 

This project is part of a larger in-progress mixed-use project, and will be the focal point of the development. The Leitcher House is now home to two hotel guestrooms on the ground floor, a hotel suite on the second floor, and a residential unit on the third.
