Hotel Lucent

Formerly known as the Mermaid Inn, Hotel Lucent used to be an old dated hotel in Menlo Park before we came in and revitalized it in 2015. The dated and drab stucco and wood facade was uplifted with an all-new modern and sleek aesthetic utilizing 3Form panels and the addition of a new double height all glass lobby space. The lobby was reconfigured to create a well-defined entrance facing El Camino Real. Other improvements included the addition of a fitness room, additional guestrooms, updated fixtures and finished, and a redesign and modernization of the outdoor courtyard patio space.
