The Project
The Historic Hotel Shattuck Plaza is a historically significant hotel in the City of Berkeley.
Years of neglect has turned this gem into a rough and tumble building that has not been prosperous for several decades. The hotel underwent a complete renovation including: updating all of the guest rooms, replacing every window, repairing and painting the exterior, and bringing back some of the original grandeur to the lobby, ground floor restaurant and ballrooms.
