Arris had the pleasure of collaborating with PRG Hospitality Group and Nina Freudenberger in 2020 to help combine two separate building entities with their own architectural identities, remodel interiors, and provide accessibility updates into an idyllic seaside luxury resort.

When dreaming up the new lodge, the design team imagined a space that captured the modern Central Coast lifestyle complete with retro Scandinavian touches and California bohemian culture. This charming boutique hotel is a modern and popular gem along Moonstone Beach Road where travellers love to escape.
