The Project

Replacing an old Shell Gas service station, this project is currently beginning construction in Redwood City. The new 4-story Hampton Inn building is designed in a contemporary style and utilizes a dark masonry veneer at the base and smooth exterior stucco with pops of color at the upper levels. The corner element at Brewster Avenue and Veterans Boulevard feels like a tall stained glass decorative tower with full height glazing and colored spandrel panels. A outdoor courtyard patio can be found at the core of the building at the 2nd level, providing natural light and a connection to the exterior for the interior-facing guestrooms above.
