Plaza Riviera

Opened in 2020, the Plaza Riviera Apartments in Santa Barbara, CA embraces the classic Spanish Revival style found throughout the city. While designing, our team sought to highlight many of the rich decorative details of this style. From clean plaster walls and red clay tile roofs to the finer iron and wood details, this multi-family building offers a great sense of human scale with articulated detailing and massing. It also boasts a variety of outdoor spaces, promoting indoor-outdoor living with a private courtyard, individual balconies, and a rooftop deck with mountain views for the 41 two-bedroom and studio apartments.
