The Parke West portion of the project consists of four residential buildings with 86 apartments along with private garage and storage buildings. The Bradley Gardens portion of the project consists of eight apartment buildings with 128 apartments along with a clubhouse, cabana, private garages and storage buildings. Parke West is nearing completion and Bradley Gardens is beginning construction.
