This project is a three story, 83 guestroom hotel building including amenities such as an indoor pool, porte cochere, meeting room, interior dining and lounge areas, and a fitness room. The site dedicates the southwest corner to a safe bike bath to the Morro Bay High school for students. The guestrooms feature beautiful views of morro bay, including the Morro Bay rock.
