Historical Renovation

El Prado Inn is located in Santa Barbara, California. This project included the renovation and expansion of an existing hotel that was listed as a Structure of Merit building. Because of this designation, the Historic Landmarks Commission review was required.

The existing hotel was a three-story building with 56 guestrooms. The addition includes 66 new guestrooms, an expanded parking garage and a new pool/spa. The common areas, which include the lobby, dining room, kitchen, and exercise rooms have all been remodeled as well.
