What started as an abandoned historic gas works building has been reimagined into a lively restaurant space with an outdoor seating area, with an adjacent 4-story residential building. The original charm of the gas works building will be kept in tact, with minor additions, such as a skylight, to enhance the experience quality. The residential building is complementary with an industrial style, featuring a large private raised courtyard to provide privacy from the public areas.
