The Project
22 N. Chorro, AKA “The Academy Chorro” is located in a predominantly pedestrian and bicycle-oriented location known as the Foothill Boulevard/Santa Rosa special focus area.
The Academy Chorro presents 27 luxurious off-campus student housing units with amenity spaces on the ground floor, and roof deck having extensive views of Bishop Peaks. The architecture celebrates modern forms by carefully selecting an exterior material such as IPE hardwood rain-screen, modern metal siding and stucco with integral color.
Due to the site constraints, this project introduced parking lifts and uses other technology features to make this project unique.
