The Project
Just steps from the Cal Poly campus, this project brings 43 thoughtfully designed rentals to the neighborhood, including 29 flats and 14 three-story townhomes. Inspired by Spanish–Mediterranean architecture, the design blends seamlessly with surrounding campus developments while standing out with its own character. Crisp stucco façades, warm wood accents, recessed windows, tile roofs, and a striking clock tower create a timeless yet modern look.
Residents enjoy elevated and convenient amenities like garage parking, EV charging, an on-site study lounge, and a shared rooftop deck—spaces designed for connection, convenience, and everyday living. The result is a new vibrant, campus-adjacent community that feels both rooted in its context and built for contemporary life.
